econnex - Any teething problems. Who pays? Any teething problems that requires a visit to site. Who pays?

econnex - Upgrades as bugs are cleaned up and also as new ideas and new systems are developed and come on line. Who pays?

econnex - Extra modules e.g. Service. Cost of implementation? Software cost?

econnex - Is it the full Exonet 6000 Accounting Package or just Exonet Retail POS? If not, is data easily exported/imported into common accounting programs eg. Myob, nzgold, quicken etc.

econnex - is Exonet easily integrated into accountant’s software by just exporting data files?

econnex - Rebates are not a big concern for a small business like us. The reps come in and we discuss them, negotiate and it happens (usually).

econnex - There is an Annual License Maintenance Fee figure. Is this fair for the small branch or the branch which is one of the guinea pigs? What does this cover? Could there be charges on top of this UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES? Eg power clitches/ data restore (which is the normal excuse-never a bug in the software).

econnex - For a small business it is an advantage to be one of the last to go on line. By this time, most of the problems are fixed and the promises made by the supplier are also fought over and resolved. It also gives the small business time to assess the software to see if there is a beneficial ROI.

econnex - It is not clear whether this cost schedule includes POS/EFTPOS integration. I.e. when a sale is made, the transaction is transferred directly to the EFTPOS terminal. Bit like service stations. Is there an extra charge for this – are there annual charges for this?

econnex - CFL claims/payment/reimbursements? Tracking of these?

econnex - ACGSL accounting integration with branches? Is there a benefit for the small branch here? There will still need to be the manual checking of invoices as there are still a lot of mistakes.

econnex - Researching Exonet on the web shows that Exonet is an Australian full accounting package (Exonet 6000).  Enprise seems to be an integrator that used Exonet for business solutions.

econnex - What about Service /Warranty jobs? I believe there is no price book. Will there be a charge for these as they come on line? And the other “modules” which are discovered missing in the main project but are required to make it fully functional?
